Kaira is a young talented cinematographer who has come back to home in Goa. She is struggling with relationship problems in and outside the family, and decides to seek professional help for insomnia etc.

Dr. Jehangir Khan, aka Jug, is a psychologist with an unconventional philosophy to life and work. Kaira listens to him speaking at some conference in a hotel where she had gone for work.
