  4. How did you learn the Yoga techniques that you know?
  5. Have you ever sought guidance from someone such as Yoga therapist for your Yoga practice?
  6. Which Yoga techniques do you use? Which ones do you find to be the most beneficial?

Motivations and Reasons for doing Yoga
